Speed Limiter
Just received this unit, but we haven’t yet tested its performance across different scooters.
We suspect it should be compatible with Kokusan ignition systems, but this still needs to be confirmed through testing.

Speed limiter with integrated switch.
A compact and easy-to-install limiter that connects directly to your scooter. Includes various fittings and connectors.
With a simple flip of the switch, you can limit your scooter to a chosen speed.
This type of limiter is also known as a Police Guard, as it can be used to conceal the scooter’s true performance, making it appear slower than it actually is. Please note that this does not make an otherwise illegal scooter legal.
What does a speed limiter do?
A speed limiter (Police Guard) is a small device designed to restrict engine RPM. In the scooter context, it helps ensure the engine operates within legal limits and does not exceed maximum permitted performance levels.
Installation
We provide a simple installation guide for easy setup – see image number 3.
Once installed, you can fine-tune the limiter using the white adjustment screw. Turn it one step at a time until the desired performance is achieved. The screw offers a total of 25 adjustment settings.
Compatibility
Fits most models.
Important:
Do not install on Aprilia, Derbi, or Gilera models with Leonelli ignition systems.
