We ship worldwide.
We ship to the UK with DHL and to USA with PostNord

POSTAGE
Shipping rates be investigated for each order.
You can place an order to find out how much it will cost to ship to your country. The order is not binding, but you may send a cancellation notice if you do not have to pay anyway.
When you have sent your order to us, we estimate what it will cost to send to you and you receive an invoice on your email with 3 payment links for card, PayPal or bank transfer payments. You choose how you want to pay. Then you are just a click away from getting your desired items.

PAYMENT
You can pay by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DANKORT), PayPal and by bank transfer in Danish kroner, Euros and US dollars.
To pay in Euros or US dollars, you must contact us by email salg@puchparts.dk

COMPLAINTS & INQUIRIES
We prefer, that inquiries as far possible be sent to our e-mail salg@puchparts.dk
We endeavor to respond as quickly as possible.
When making a complaint, please state the phone number, order number and address, a new or missing item must be sent to.
In the event of a lack of goods in the shipment, you must contact salg@puchparts.dk within 14 days of receiving the package.

Always remember to write your order number.
Our order confirmations are alsways sent by email are your receipts.
Return of goods must happen yourself  to our door (we will not colelct returned goodsfrom at the post office)
