Tire Mounting Paste
If the cover is lubricated at the edge during installation, it slides into place much more easily.
The paste also makes it easier to dismantle the tire again.
A tire can be heated to a maximum of 60°, then it becomes very soft and very easy to mount.
The same if you have to dismantle an old tire.
If necessary, use the box in which it was delivered and blow hot air into it, possibly with a hair dryer.
Avoid that the air blown in is scalding hot.
When installing, find an old axle or bolt that you can put in the vise, and lock the wheel in a horizontal position. - Then it is easy to press the blow all the way out against the crack, thereby avoiding snagging the hose.
